A Service Designer who is always open to new challenges, driven by curiosity and the belief that every experience is a building block that enriches my understanding of people and helps me design valuable solutions.
I started out as a product designer, but my desire to design innovative and meaningful solutions led me to shift my focus to service design, which is now my greatest passion.
I graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2023 with a degree in Product Service System Design, with a grade of 110/110.
My University experience taught me how essential it is to focus 100% on users’ real needs, but it was only through my work experience that I faced the real challenges of projects that were truly meant to make a difference for the end user.
Through complex projects, I had the opportunity to truly put Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies into practice.
Through interviews and workshops with internal end users, as well as with external clients, I was able to understand their real needs and design meaningful, inclusive solutions to optimize workflows and make them easy and accessible even for less experienced users.

I’ve always believed that what makes a good designer goes beyond technical skills. Hard skills are important, of course, but it’s the soft skills that truly make the difference: how we connect with others, how we approach complex challenges, and how we turn problems into opportunities.
So, here’s a little snapshot of the person behind the designer.
My way of working combines structure, empathy, and adaptability. I enjoy navigating complex situations by bringing clarity to uncertainty, organizing ideas, and transforming insights into meaningful solutions.
I believe that good design is a collective effort: collaboration, active listening, and understanding different perspectives are essential to create services that truly respond to people's needs. With determination and attention to detail, I strive to turn challenges into opportunities for improvement.
